EMAIL AND SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT
We know that you’re a busy bee running around between jobs, doing your VAT and Tax returns, quoting or keeping your club members informed of matters.... the list goes on.
With this in mind we also offer email and social media platform management packages to keep your followers up to date.
Via an email address of your choice (obviously not a private account, one that is dedicated to your business only), we monitor your inbox, sifting through the usual day to day junk and trash mails that you inevitably receive. We then forward anything that flags up as important or relevant to you immediately. You'll receive a text to alert you that there's something that you need to look at. We also respond to less important emails on your behalf. All of our actions are as agreed with yourself prior to the service starting.
This means that you won't miss a job or quote opportunity through having to perform the time consuming task of scrolling through emails to double check that something important hasn't ended up in your junk box.
We can also update and monitor your social media profiles on any social media platform with a pre agreed amount of updates for your followers. We can also set up these accounts for you.
PROMOTIONAL VIDEO CLIPS
As a useful tool for showing your latest offer, your teams 25 yard free kick into the top corner of the net or your drama clubs perfect delivery of the final scene from Macbeth, we can produce short promotional video clips.
These clips are of an ideal length for publishing on your social media platforms and generating interest.
The clips last to a maximum of 55 seconds long to allow for social media parameters. Music can be added along with all manner of screen tricks. The content can be either provided by yourself via cloud exchange or we can visit you for filming. Here's one we made earlier.
